Oxford Alumni of Tuscany
Tuscany Group of the Oxford University Society - A little bit of Oxford, in the heart of Tuscany
The Oxford Alumni of Tuscany is based at the Chianciano Museum of Art and offers Oxford Alumni in Tuscany and Italy a chance to meet and remain involved with the University. The Society also welcomes Oxonian tourists and travellers in the area.
On showing their alumni card, Oxford Alumni benefit from free entry into the Chianciano Museum of Art to see the permanent collections, and free entry to most other exhibitions, and all talks and conferences.
Alumni are also offered help in finding accommodation in the area and considerable discounts for all courses offered at the Art Museum of Chianciano.

Biennale of Chianciano
Alumni will be welcome to all the events surrounding the Chianciano Biennale of Art. The programme is as follows:
Tuesday 15 September Conference held by Dr Giulio Paolucci Director of the Chianciano archeological Museum

Thursday 17 September Conference by Professor Franco Testore
17.30 " The Turin Shroud: Faith, Art, and Science'"
Saturday 19 September Presentation at the Chianciano Archeological Museum of important Etruscan remains.
16.00 These priceless objects will be presented to the public in occasion of the Biennale.
This will be a unique opportunity to admire, for the first time, these artefacts, as yet never
exhibited to the public.
